This privacy policy applies to the LootStack game (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Rodinar Studio (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as a Free service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.

Artificial Intelligence

The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your personal data or provide gameplay features.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or through the mobile application marketplace.

You may also limit ad personalization through your device’s privacy or advertising settings.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain automatically collected data for as long as necessary to provide and improve the Application, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

The Application does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
